Signing in and staying signed in
Email and password, biometrics on your phone, and a forgotten password.
One account covers every device. How you get into it depends on where you are.
Email and password
The standard way in. If you accepted a challenge as a guest first and created the account afterwards, the challenge you already played is on that account.
Forgotten password
Ask for a reset from the sign-in screen and follow the link in the mail that arrives. The link is single-use and time-limited, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old mail. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder before asking again — repeated requests do not speed anything up.
Biometrics on your phone
In the phone apps you can unlock INTAYO with the biometrics your device already uses — a fingerprint or your face — instead of typing a password each time. It is switched on in the app's settings, and it is tied to that one device: unlocking stays local, and no biometric data ever reaches INTAYO.
Staying signed in
A session stays valid across restarts, so INTAYO behaves like the other apps on the device. If you are signed out unexpectedly, sign in once more; if it keeps happening, that is worth reporting — see Report a problem or suggest a feature.
Signing in on a shared device
Nothing about a challenge is hidden behind a second lock, so a signed-in session on a shared laptop means whoever is at it can read your challenges. Sign out when you hand the device on.
