Where to put a bug, an idea or a question so it reaches us.
You are already in the right place. This help centre sits inside the INTAYO feedback portal, and everything posted here is read.
Something is broken
Post it on [Report a Bug](/?board=bugs). What makes a bug report actually fixable:
- What you did, in the order you did it
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Which device and which version — browser, phone app, desktop app
- A screenshot, if there was anything to see
- The challenge's receipt code if the problem is about one specific challenge — it identifies the case without exposing its content
You have an idea
Post it on [Ideas & Requests](/?board=ideas), and say what you were trying to do rather than the solution you have in mind — the situation is what we can design for. Votes matter: what rises to the top is what gets looked at first.
There are boards for the individual areas too — challenges and play, moments and photos, apps and devices, account and profile, plans and billing. Pick the one that fits; if none does, Ideas & Requests is the right default.
You want to know what is coming
The Roadmap shows what is planned, in progress and shipped. The Changelog lists what has already changed.
A question rather than a report
Search this help centre first — the answer to most questions is here, and it is faster than waiting for a reply. If it is not, ask on the board that fits; a question that had to be asked is usually a sign that an article is missing, and it often becomes one.
Please do not post
Passwords, payment details, or anything from a private challenge that the other side has not agreed to make public. Posts here are publicly visible.
